Xiaomi has been into the moves from the recent report that launches WhatsApp based, MI Bunny customer service in India. Recently, they announced new Express day Delivery, exclusive for the citizens of Bengaluru currently. The company committed that the deliveries will be made on that single day of order, that too without any additional charges. However, the one day delivery option is available only on prepaid orders and limited to selected devices as well. The customers can order only one eligible product for same day delivery. Currently, Xiaomi Redmi Note 4, Redmi 4, Mi Max 2, Redmi Y1, Redmi 5A, and the Mi A1 are eligible in this option. The orders are needed to be placed, from 9 Am to 4.30 PM. Moreover, the same day delivery will not be considered on sundays.
In order to use the same day delivery method, customers need to first add the products in the cart. While checking out, the should opt for the ‘Express Delivery’ option. This service will be displayed on the Place Order page, on th MI Store app.
The report says that Xiaomi is planning to partner with Smartbox which offers the smart delivery option on the products, purchased from owm official platform. This service is also limited to Delhi NCR only. This service enables the users to pick up their delivery from one of many digital lockers based on the region.
