Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi launched Redmi S2 smartphone at an event held in China. The device is designed to be self-centered and there are some features that were previously seen on MI 6X. The phone has been launched at an initial price of Rs. 10,000.
Let’s talk about the device’s specifications, 5.9 9-inch HD + display phone with 18: 9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, we see that the phone is operated by Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 SOC and comes in two types, which has 3 GB RAM + 32GB storage and the other is 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage. This phone comes with a 16 MP AI-powered selfie camera which can take front-facing portrait photos. Behind the device, there is a dual camera setup with 12 MP + 5 MP sensors which are vertically arranged and allow the phone to take photos.
In the case of connectivity, the phone has a dual SIM 4G volt slot with a micro-SD card. The phone has Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a fingerprint reader located on the back. The device is a 3,080 mAh battery power and the phone will run Android 8.1 Oreo with Xiaomi’s custom MIUI 9 skin.
Design:
The most attractive mid-range smartphone from Xiaomi, the double curved antenna line on this device is out of the world. The aluminum alloy body comes in three attractive colors. There is a fingerprint scanner on the rear that unlocks the device in 0.1s. With the same iPhone X-like double shooters, the Redmi S2 ships saw us as the Redmi Note 5 Pro. Turning to the edges in the lower corner, it is only diluted 8.1 mm and weighs 170 grams, which is light in catching and tilting it.
