Xiaomi appears to be moving fast, with one announcement lined up after another. Just a few days ago it was announced that MIUI 10 will be revealed alongside the Mi 8 flagship on 31st May and now the closed beta registrations for the next iteration of the company’s software has gone live out of nowhere.
Official MIUI announced that MIUI 10 is now recruiting beta testers. You can apply now and if your application is accepted, you can experience the MIUI 10 for the first time after its announcement on May 31st.
Steps To Register For MIUI 10 Beta
1. Search for “MIUI” public number in WeChat.
2.Send a text saying “MIUI10” to the number
3. In the menu bar, you would find the MIUI 10 button. Type in the registration code you have received in the required field.
4. You are done with the registration. The application results will be announced on May 29 and you should be getting MIUI 10 on your device post that.
Like every other piece of software at this stage of development, the closed beta MIUI 10 releases probably won’t be reliable enough to serve as a daily driver, so don’t register your only phone.
