After many months of no new launches, Xolo India launches three new affordable entry-level Android smartphones in India. The Xolo Era 3, Era 2V, and the Era 3X is priced at 4,999, 6,499 and 7,999 respectively and available exclusively on Flipkart from 14th October 2017.
So, here are the technical specifications of these following smartphones.
Xolo Era 3:
The most affordable smartphone amongst the lot is the Xolo Era 3, which is equipped with a 5-inch HD 720p IPS LCD screen, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top. Under the hood, the device is equipped with a MediaTek Quad-core SoC, paired with 1 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 8 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot.
In terms of camera capability, the device offers a 5 MP rear-facing camera with F/2.0 aperture and a 5 MP front-facing selfie camera with F/2.2 aperture, that supports 720p video recording capability. The device also offers a 2500 mAh Li-ion battery with normal charging capability. In terms of operating system, the device offers Android Nougat 7.0 with custom UI on the top.
Xolo Era 2V:
The Xolo Era 2V features a 5-inch 720p IPS LCD screen, featuring a MediaTek Quad-core SoC, paired with 2 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 128 GB).
In terms of camera capability, the Xolo Era 2V is equipped with an 8 MP rear-facing camera and an 8 MP front-facing camera with 1080p video recording capability. In terms of battery, the device now houses a 3000 mAh Li-ion battery with fast charging capability (up to 10W). In terms of connectivity, the device offers dual SIM card slots with 4G LTE and VoLte capability on both the SIM slots. In terms of operating system, the device offers Android Nougat with custom UI on the top with sensors like G-Sensor, Proximity Sensor, and Ambient Light Sensor, which are missing in the Xolo Era 3.
Xolo Era 3X:
The most premium of the lot is the Xolo Era 3X, which offers a 5-inch 720p IPS LCD screen, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top. Under the hood, the device is powered by the same 1.25 GHz MTK processor, which was used in the Xolo Era 2V, paired with 3 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot.
In terms of camera capability, the device offers a 13 MP rear-facing and a 13 MP front-facing camera with 1080p video recording capability. Even this model also offers dual SIM card slot with 4G LTE and VoLte capability with a whopping 3000 mAh battery with 10W fast charging capability.
