Reliance Jio

Extending its dirt cheap services at unbelievable prices, Reliance Jio announced a bunch of new packs today. The current offer of Jio, known as Dhan Dhana Dhan is about to get over at the end of July. With the end of its recent offer, Jio does not want to give any chance to the customers to migrate away.

The latest 4 plans include the unlimited voice calling, as Jio has been marketing since the beginning. Along with that, the other benefits of the individual packs are listed below

₹149 Jio Plan: With this plan, customers will be able to get 2GB high-speed data free for a month. This plan will be valid for 12 months. That means the customer will get a total of 24 GB data by paying just ₹149. This brings the total cost of data as low as ₹6 per GB.

₹309 Plan: This plan will provide 1GB data every day to the customer for 6 months. Reliance Jio counts 28 days as a month and that means, a customer will get a total of 168 GB data in ₹309. This brings the cost of 4G data as low as ₹2 per GB. After the use of high-speed quota, the speed will reduce to 128 Kbps.

Jio ₹509 Plan: Under this plan, users will get 2 GB data every day for 4 months. This means, the total amount of data, will be 224GB. Cost per GB of 4G data with this plan comes to around ₹2.5 per GB. After the use of high-speed limit, the speed will be reduced to 128 Kbps.

Jio ₹999 Plan: Under the ₹999 plan, a user will get 120GB 4G data valid for 2 months. This plan will not have any daily limit, that means a user can use unlimited daily data according to his wish. This might be an alternative to people with high requirements. Currently, no other network provides 4G bundled data at such price.

JioFi Plans: With the announcement of these plans, Reliance Jio also announced the offers for Reliance JioFi. A user buying JioFi will not have to pay for the prime membership. Once the connection is activated, he can enjoy the same plans mentioned above on the device.

This news comes at a time when Jio is planning to target the low-end customers with subsidised feature phones. According to reports, Jio is planning to launch feature phones for as low as ₹500 in the coming months.

With these plans, Jio has continued the bloodbath caused in the telecom sector of the country. Competitors will have to further cut down prices to stand any chance in front of the growing Jio. We will keep you updated with the latest developments in the Indian telecom industry. Stay tuned 🙂
