In a host event yesterday, Vodafone, the second largest mobile telecom operator in India, launched VoLTE services in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, and Gujarat (Surat and Ahmedabad). Don’t worry as you don’t live in these three cities! There are further plans from Vodafone of launching these services on Kolkata and Karnataka as well.
Upgrading their existing sim to 4G VoLTE will enhance the Vodafone subscribers experience in HD calling. It will take the least time to connect the call to other smartphones. The customers can avail this upgrade without any extra charges. However, there are very few smartphones in the market with the Vodafone VoLTE service.
To get that feature in your existing phone, firstly make sure your phone is updated to the latest Operating system. Further to verify the VoLTE feature go to settings > mobile data> mobile data options> enable 4G> turn on voice and data. For those who have an Android smartphone, go to settings > mobile network > and turn on the VoLTE call.

The customers who have dual-sim support on their smartphone, then you SIM should be in the primary slot. The Vodafone 4G VoLTE services will be compatible with limited models of OnePlus, Huawei, Xiaomi, Nokia, and Samsung.
