Islamabad, August 27: Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday held talks with Saudi Arabia crown prince Mohammed bin Salman on the pertaining situation in Kashmir, according to media reports.

During the telephonic conversation, both the leaders discussed the ongoing development of the pertaining situation in Jammu and Kashmir and further efforts exerted

“During the call, they discussed the development of the situation in the region and efforts exerted towards it,” according to the official Saudi Press Agency(SPA), the news agency had reported on Tuesday.

As per the knowledge of the SPA news agency, both leaders had held their first round of telephonic discussions on August 7, during which they “discussed the development of the situation in the region and efforts exerted towards it”.

The second call was made on August 19 during which the Pakistan prime minister and the Crown Prince had held discussions related to a range of issues, including the current Kashmir crisis.

Moreover, Khan had briefed the crown prince, also known as MbS, about the current situation in Kashmir, Pakistani media reports suggested.
