Prime Minister Imran Khan has left for a two-day visit to Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Monday. This will be Mr Khan’s first visit to any foreign country after assuming office since August 2018.

According to the Foreign Office of Pakistan (FO), Prime Minister’s two-day state visit to Saudi Arabia and UAE will begin on September 18th, on the invitation from Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown prince Mohammad Bin Salman. Further, it stated that Mr Khan will hold bilateral talks with the Saudi Prince in Riyadh.

During the visit, PM will be accompanied by Foreign Minister for Finance and Advisor to the Prime Minister on Commerce. The minister will meet their counterparts to discuss the bilateral cooperation.

Prime Minister along with his delegations will go to UAE after the Saudi Arabia trip on September 19th in Abu Dhabi. He will arrive in Abu Dabi on September 19 on the invitation of Mohammad bin Zayed Al Nahyen, the Crown Prince of the UAE. The two leaders will hold bilateral talks on various issues.
