The statement also called for the Kabul attack’s perpetrators and “those who provide (them the) shelter” to be dragged under justice expeditiously, according to ANI news reports.

The attack took place on Saturday night bombing the Dubai City wedding hall in a western neighbourhood, Kabul – home to several in the nation’s minority Shia Hazara community.

Eyewitnesses and sources said the wedding hall was accumulated with guests when the suicide bomb exploded, according to the Afghan-based reporters Bilal Sarwary.
