Over the issue on the independence of the federal judiciary, United States president Donald Trump and United States chief justice on Wednesday, engaged in an “extraordinary war of words”. Chief Justice John Roberts strongly disapproved of Donald’s criticism on “Obama judge”, who had ruled against the administration.

In a statement released by the court’s public information office, Roberts had said, “We do not have Obama judges or Trump judges, Bush judges or Clinton judges,” adding, “What we have is an extraordinary group of dedicated judges doing their level best to do equal right to those appearing before them.”

In the end of the statement, Roberts wrote: “That independent judiciary is something we should all be thankful for.”

While enjoying his vacation home in Florida, Donald wrote via twitter: “Sorry Chief Justice John Roberts, but you do indeed have ‘Obama judges,’ and they have a much different point of view than the people who are charged with the safety of our country. It would be great if the 9th Circuit was indeed an ‘independent judiciary’.”

People are astounded by the “words of war” between the two branches of the federal government, who watch the Supreme Court with full understanding.

Roberts’s statement on Wednesday was the first time he has ever responded to the criticism from the president, but eventually, with time they both has gotten personal.

Trump in a tweet wrote that Justice Anthony Kennedy “should be proud of himself for sticking to his principles, in light of Justice Roberts’ bull—-!”

Trump has on Tuesday, attacked the 9th Circuit over Tigar’s decision, who ruled late Monday, and said, “This was an Obama judge. And I’ll tell you what, it’s not going to happen like this anymore,” adding, “Everybody that wants to sue the United States, they file their case in – almost – they file their case in the 9th Circuit. And it means an automatic loss no matter what you do, no matter how good your case is.”

Again attacking the 9th Circuit, Trump tweeted: “We need protection and security – these rulings are making our country unsafe! Very dangerous and unwise!”
