Venezuela opposition to return National Assembly

Venezuelan legitimate elected president Nicolas Maduro has warned the United States President Donald Trump of risks “staining his hands with blood” if the Trump’s administration attempts to pursue its American military actions in his political stifled South American country.

In a stern warning, Maduro said if Trump was physically presented in feint of him then he would have replied to him saying, “Step, stop Donald Trump, stop there, you are making mistakes that you are going to strain your hands with blood and you will leave the presidency stained with blood,” the CNN news reported quoting a Spanish channel, LaSexta on Sunday.

The Venezuela chief made these remarks after Trump, last week said his military action “was an option” in the South American nation due to the “horrible things that were happening in that country”, according to ANI news reports.

Calling for the mutual respect, the Venezuelan president further threatened Trump “not to repeat Vietnam in Latin America”. While taking a jibe at Trump, Maduro said that “so we have to go through a war to reconsider our relationship and our respect”.

Meanwhile, Maduro has reiterated his refusal to step down from his presidency post, called by many countries alongside the US, and also denied to hold a fresh election in the nation. Nations like China and Russia have, however, slammed the United States for their interference in Venezuelan internal affairs and have extended full support to Maduro as the legitimate president of the country.

The United Kingdom (UK) along with other European nations, including SwedenFrance, and Spain have finally recognized the Venezuelan opposition leader Juan Guaidoas the interim president of the country after the elected legitimate president Nicolas Maduro failed to announce a fresh presidential election by February 3, according to ANI news reports.
