This meeting will be the First meeting for a quadrilateral alliance among India, The US, Japan, and Australia.

Japan last month had indicated to have top-level dialogues with the US, India, and Australia. sources said an alliance of the four countries may meet on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit here.
