The King of Netherlands William-Alexander has said that post the United Kingdom‘s scheduled departure from the European Union, it will become a key point of entry for Indian companies in Europe.

Brexit has been a cause of concern for the European Union and the way the negotiations have reached an impasse has been a cause of concern for business around the globe. The Netherlands has been noticing the developments carefully while welcoming companies to invest in the country.

The King along with his wife, Queen Maxima, would be travelling to India later this month and would be engaged in strengthening the relationship between the two countries. They would be engaged in exploring an opportunity to further collaborate with each other in sectors like water management, climate change and agriculture.

India has been working closely with Europe in the field of Climate Change, both the countries are also the members of the International Solar Alliance.

According to a report in ANI, the king said, ” India is a very important country for the Netherlands. I am very glad that in the long tradition, my wife and I are visiting India in October. India is amazing, its hustle-bustle, they have vibrant technology, innovations and it is an amazing place to do business.”

During his visit to India, the king would also attend the 25th Technology Conference. India has been working closely with Europe in the field of Climate Change, both the countries are also the members of the International Solar Alliance.
