United States President Donald Trump has on Tuesday took a jibe at ex-Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, who had yesterday confirmed that she would not be running for the presidential election bid against Trump in 2020.

According to ANI news reports, in a tweet, Trump wrote: “‘(Crooked) Hillary Clinton confirms she will not run in 2020, rules out a third bid for White House.’ Aw-shucks, does that mean I won’t get to run against her again? She will be sorely missed!”

Hillary Clinton, 2016 democratic nominee, told News 12 Westchester that she will be not running for 2020 US presidential election, but however, will continue to take part in the next election cycle.

According to Sputnik news reports, while telling local reporters that she will continue to “keep speaking out”, Clinton said that “I’m not running” for presidential election going to take place in 2020 against Trump.

Clinton said, “I’m not going anywhere. What’s at stake in our country, the kind of things that are happening right now is deeply troubling to me. And I’m also thinking hard about how do we start talking and listening to each other again.”

Clinton continued stating: “We’ve just gotten so polarized. We’ve gotten into really opposing camps, unlike anything I’ve ever seen in my adult life.”
