Dark mode is one of the most in-demand features of 2019 apart from giving relax to your eyes it has a major advantage that saves battery if your handset has an OLED display.
The Dark Mode theme is rolling out first for the latest Andriod 10 smartphones. Also, Samsung smartphones which are operating on the Android 9 Pie-based OneUI have also started showing the Play Store in dark mode.
But, the dark mode here is more of a server-side switch rather than an update and is only available for users who have a Galaxy smartphone running on the OneUI OS with Android Pie.
The Night mode feature works the same way as the recently rolled Instagram dark mode for Android. Its a system-wide allocated feature where the dark mode will be activated if the system-wide dark mode is active.

The nice contrast between the black and gray parts make it easier to see without changing the actual content. This means that bright pictures are still going to be bright while any white in pictures will still be white.
