Asha Negi is an Indian television actress. She rose the popularity from her role of ‘Purvi Kirloskar’ in the most popular television show “Pavitra Rishta”, which was produced by Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms and it aired on Zee TV. She even appeared on the dance reality show titled “Nach Baliye 6” along with her partner Rithvik Dhanjani. Asha participated in the Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi season 6 and went on to be a semi-finalist. She also appears in the role of Koyal in Kuch Toh Hai Tere Mere Darmiyaan.
There were a lot of rumours circulating in the media that the revamped Life OK channel that is planning to bring the mythological drama, Devon Ke Dev Mahadev back on the small screen. According to the sources, the show might come back with Mohit Raina in the character of Lord Shiv.
Later, there were reports that Asha Negi has been approached to play the role of Parvati (Lord Shiva’s wife). But the actress refuses all such rumours by saying that, “I was never even approached for the show. God knows how the news started doing the rounds.”
