Bollywood actress Kalki Koechlin says that domestic responsibilities need to be shared in equality. She feels that in today’s time women are finding their space in the society with the better education and they are even getting better job opportunities so she feels that even the domestic responsibilities also need to be shared equally between both the genders.

Recently, Kalki has become the face of Swedish beauty and cosmetic brand Oriflame. She says that things are changing in the world for the better. Nowadays there are a lot of job opportunities for the women but some of them losses confident because of under pressure of getting married after a certain age and rest of them quit their job after marriage or after their baby.

Kalki says that leaving your job is not right, she said, “There is maternity leave, but no paternity leave.”

Moreover, she said that there lot of changes that have to be done in B-town. She thinks they should focus more on writing and they should respect writers. These days content is becoming very important and especially because of what we are getting exposed to on the web as well.

Revealing her beauty secret she says that her mother gave her the organic coconut oil, cold press coconut oil is very good for the skin. She uses the coconut oil in her food, hair and on her skin as well.

On the work front, Kalki Koechlin will soon be seen next in her upcoming movie titled “Jia Aur Jia“, which is directed by Howard Rosemeyer. The movie features Richa Chadha and Kalki Koechlin in the lead. The movie shot in Sweden and the movie will revolve around two women with completely different personalities. The movie is said to be a women-centric drama in which bold Kalki and Richa will be seen playing the bold roles. Kalki Koechlin will play a quirky, fun, girl, while Richa’s character would be strict, monitoring Kalki.

Jia Aur Jia‘ is slated to release in October this year.
