The episode begins as Vardhan confidently barges inside the operation, certain that he’s going to find Dr. Siddhant treating the patient, and then be able to sack him from his position. As he opens the door and enters in the room, he’s shocked to see Dr. Ishani standing alone in the darkness by the patient. Dr. Ishani explains that she’s preparing her patient for the operation. Vardhan is shocked and begins to see around the room by making excuses to find Dr. Sid. When he leaves the room in frustration, its revealed that Dr. Sid was hanging outside the window to hide. Dr. Ishani found out about Vardhan because Dr. Sid had sent her outside.
Dr. Siddhant tells Dr. Ishani that he gave antibiotics to the patient so he’s going to be fine. Dr. Ishani tells Dr. Rishabh that the patient’s wound is healing, but he keeps on saying that they need to operate on him. Vardhan goes and berates Dr. Asha for their flop plan. Dr. Asha plans to separate Dr. Ishani and Dr. Sid forever.
Dr. Ishani tells Dr. Siddhant that the patient is recovering and won’t be needing surgery for now. The two share a romantic moment later when Dr. Siddhant spills coffee on his shirt. Dr. Asha comes and congratulates Dr. Sid for saving the patient’s life but its bad that Vardhan found out about it. Dr. Ishani questions Dr. Asha why she didn’t stop Vardhan from entering the room.
Dr. Ishani begins to suspect Dr. Asha’s intentions. She discusses with Dr. Rahil that Dr. Asha possibly told Vardhan about the operation because only three people knew about it. She also questions Vardhan and Dr. Asha’s many telephone conversations and decides to tell about her suspicions to Dr. Sid.
