Lucknow: Director General of Police (DGP) OP Singh said there were no mobs in Uttar Pradesh over the most recent one year and named the brutality in Kasganj a gathering conflict, which, he asserted, was “successfully checked”.
On Tiranga yatra and other comparative parades being taken out in the state, he told PTI, “The nearby organizations are being alarmed and nobody will be permitted to bring law into their hands.”

On Kasganj brutality, he stated, “There was pressure in Kasganj because of gathering conflict yet it was adequately checked. We contained its spread.”
