As the D-day (26 May) is nearing, final preparations are being made for the celebration of MODI fest, on completion of three years of rule at the Centre. A special Broadcasting Minister M Venkaiah Naidu and BJP General Secretary Arun Singh, will hold few meetings to end any last minute confusions or problems.

Catchy slogans will be played all over through electronic media, newspapers and radios from 26 May onward, the main sloan being “Saath hai vishwas hai, Ho raha vikas hai”. Many more slogans, personal reach out from the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and various social welfare schemes are being planned for the celebrations.

A booklet is also being prepared, which will be highlighting the achievements of the Modi-government in the past three years with Goods and Service Tax, surgical strike, strengthening internal security, improving the economy with special focus on the poor, farmers and the youth, as well as the growing status of India on the global stage, as the main theme.

Union Ministers are holding press conferences to inform the people about the achievements of their respective departments and all the BJP MPs, MLAs, Ministers and office bearers will also be reaching out to 900 destinations across India. West Bengal, North East and the far off areas have been given special importance. The main aim of this 20 day celebration starting from 26 May till 15 June, is to reach out to places and influence people, where BJP is weak. Villagers, farmers, poor, dalits, youth and women are the main focus of the reach out.
