The political developments in Bihar are setting the state in a bizarre condition, not knowing as to which leader will when change its ground.

With Nitish Kumar recently changing its allies from RJDCongress to BJP and forming the new government, the political family is going through a lot of changes. One of the co-founders of JD(U) and a senior party leader Sharad Yadav felt ditched at Kumar’s decision of breaking the grand alliance and joining hands with BJP. He has maintained a stone cold silence, not speaking anything publicly since Nitish breaking the alliance and swearing as the CM with the new government.

On Friday after Nitish won the vote of the majority, he had called Sharad to reassure him that his decision was in the favour of the party and that he should feel betrayed. Following the telephonic conversation with Nitish, Sharad indicated that though unhappy with Kumar he will not quit JD(U) yet.

While Kumar claims to have Sharad on his side, RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Yadav also challenges that Sharad is with Lalu. In an interview with NDTV Lalu confirmed that Sharad had call Lalu after Nitish won the majority votes and said that he is with Lalu. “Yes, he (Sharad Yadav) called me, He has been in touch and he told us he is with us,” said Lalu.
