A leaked document consisting of a list of upcoming smartphones gives a clear idea regarding the smartphones that will feature latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Octa-core processor, which was announced last week. Let’s look at these smartphones with probable tech specifications of the same.

  • Samsung Galaxy S9 and Samsung Galaxy S9+
    1. First set of smartphones to feature this processor, paired with at least 4 GB RAM.
    2. QHD Super AMOLED screen with 18:9 aspect ratio display with dual curved edges.
    3. Powered by Android Oreo-based operating system with Samsung UXI on the top.
    4. Glass-metal-Glass sandwich design with wireless charging and IP68 certification against water and dust resistance.
    5. Dual camera on the bigger variant and single camera on smaller variant
    6. 3.5 mm headphone jack with a dedicated DAC
    7. Iris scanner for smartphone unlock.
    8. Dual SIM or single SIM card slot depending on the region of launch with support for micro SD card up to 256 GB.

  • LG G7 and G7+
    1. Unlike last year, the LG has got an opportunity to launch its smartphone with the latest operating system.
    2. QHD+ POLED panel with 18:9 aspect ratio with rounded corners, the G7 will feature a 5.7-inch display and the G7+ will feature 5.9-inch screen size.
