The Chinese smartphone maker iVoomi has launched a new entry level smartphone in India. The device is probably the cheapest smartphone to offer both 2 GB RAM and 4G LTE with VoLte capability. The device will be available exclusively on E-Commerce website Shopclues.com.
The iVoomi Me 2 comes with 4.5-inch FWVGA display, powered by an unknown Quad-core processor with 2 GB RAM and 16 GB onboard storage. The dedicated SD card slot does accept micro SD cards up to 64 GB. The device does offer polycarbonate body, at this price tag one cannot expect Glass or Metal to be the choice of the material. The device is equipped with 2000 mAh Li-ion battery (user replaceable) with normal charging capability.
The optics on the Me 2 does look fascinating for the price tag as well. The 8 MP rear-facing camera can record 720p videos with autofocus features and the 5 MP front-facing camera comes with HD video calling capability. The device runs on Android Nougat and offers features like WiFi, Bluetooth and analogue FM radio. The device will be available exclusively on Shopclues in either Black or Gold colour variant.
