Nubia launches an upgraded version of Nubia Z17 mini with the bumped-up specifications in India for the price tag of INR 12,499 exclusively on Amazon India starting from 15th September.
The Nubia Z17 mini features full metal unibody design with the dual rear camera setup. The mobile features a 5.2 inch full HD IPS LCD panel powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 Octa-core SoC, paired with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated SD card slot (up to 256 GB).
In terms of camera capability, the device features a dual rear camera setup with 13 MP (RGB) + 13 MP (monochrome) camera setup with F/2.2 aperture and optical image stabilization. The mobile does support portrait mode, 4K video recording, and high contrast monochrome photos. For the selfie enthusiasts, the device is equipped with a 16 MP front-facing camera with F/2.0 aperture and 80-degree viewing angle. The finger print scanner is located on the rear-end of the device and unlocks the phone in just 0.1 seconds.
The mobile does feature dual SIM card slot with 4G LTE and VoLte capability with the support for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz WiFi bands. The Nubia Z17 mini comes with a 2950 mAh sealed battery with Qualcomm quick charging capability via USB type C port. The device runs on Android Nougat based operating system with an expected upgrade to the Android Oreo in the near future.
