The much speculated last flagship Android smartphone for the year 2017 is everywhere on the internet. In last few weeks we have seen this smartphone on Weibo, Twitter, Facebook, AnTuTu etc. Now, finally, the smartphone was spotted on the multi-platform benchmarking tool, which unveils most of the information about the 5 Tea smartphone. The device will be available exclusively on Amazon from 16th November. Here are the complete details on the next device from OnePlus AKA the OnePlus 5T.

So, as speculated in terms of design and aesthetics, the device resembles the recently launched Oppo R11s and Oppo R11s Plus on the outside. On the inside, the device features a completely new hardware (top of the line flagship specifications). Here is the information on the new hardware found on the upcoming flagship smartphone AKA the OnePlus 5T.

For the display department, the device offers a massive 6.0-inch FHD+ 18:9 aspect ratio screen with OLED display technology, which offers vibrant colours and intuitive colour accuracy with wider viewing angle. As usual, the display will be protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top, manufactured by Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on the top. The CPU and CPU remain identical to that of the OnePlus 5, as the device offers  Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 Octa-core SoC with Adreno 540 GPU. With respect to the amount of storage and RAM, the device features either 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage or 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage without any external SD card slot.

The next important aspect of this smartphone is the camera. As the OnePlus 5 already offers one of the best cameras in the smartphone industry, the company is most likely to stick with the same dual-camera setup sensors. So, we can expect 16 MP wide angle lens and a 20 MP telephoto lens with EIS with 4K video recording capability up to 30 frames per second. For the selfie camera, the manufacturer is expected to use the same 16 MP shooter with 1080p video recording capability.

So, the device will run on a forked version of Android Oreo with custom UI on the top. Standard dual nano-SIM cards slots with 4G LTE and VoLte with support for NFC, dual-band WiFi, WiFi Hotspot and Bluetooth version 5.0 will also make its presence. Coming to the battery the device is expected to feature a slightly large capacity battery with Dash charging capability. As the device offers a metal back panel, the device will not feature wireless charging capability.

Finally the price, the device is expected to retail at INR 36,999 for the 64 GB variant and INR 40,000 for the 128 GB storage variant in India.
