Kabir Singh featuring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani as the main lead hit the box office by approximate amount Rs 20cr as its opening collection. The movie is released in 3123 screens across India and received an overwhelming response from its fans on day one.
As per the reports, Kabir Singh could easily be Shahid Kapoor’s biggest opener to date, beating the record of Padmavat which opened at 18.21cr. It might also emerge amongst the five biggest openers of the year.
Fans are thronging the theatre in huge numbers, Sandeep Reddy Vanga the director of the movie is basking on smashing grand opening.
The performances of star cast are applauded on a very high note. They are being praised for outshining the roles. The movie is not cliché romance but and an intense love story where two extremities traits of behavior. Shahid is overdriven in love with a meek character of Kiara and story revolve around the same.

Kabir Singh is a remake of the Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy which starred Vijay Deverakonda and Shalini Pandey.
