Actor Farhan Akhtar is currently busy promoting his upcoming film ‘The Sky Is Pink’ which is on brink of release.
In a recent interview given to Pinkvilla, Farhan talked about ‘Don 3’, and no he did not clear out the air about the much anticipated project.
He said, “I find it very unfair on people who are anticipating that film because they constantly being pushed to this brink of oh its about to happen and then being disappointed and being told that you know actually its not.”
He then urged his fans to be patient and said he will be the first person to announce if the film materialises.
The rumors have been circling around for a long time about certain actors joining and leaving ‘Don 3’.
Earlier this year, there were rumors that Shah Rukh Khanhad stepped out of the franchise and was replaced by Ranveer Singh.
Farhan had wrote, co-produced and directed the action thriller ‘Don’ with Shah Rukh in the title role.
The film proved to be a massive success and Farhan made a sequel of it which was also well received.
Farhan’s latest outing as an actor is ‘The Sky Is Pink’, directed by Shonali Bose and starring Farhan Akhtar, Priyanka Chopra and Zaira Wasim.
The film is scheduled to release on 11 October, 2019.
