It is raw, powerful and most importantly every bike enthusiasts have been waiting for it. Still, confused? You don’t have to, because here we are talking about the all-new Ducati Streetfighter V4 and V4S that is now available in India with a price starting at Rs.19.99 Lakhs onwards.

To begin with, both the Ducati’s look absolutely stunning with an aggressive design language. The same platform that we have already witnessed on the Panigale V4 does its job quite well even for the Streetfighter V4 twins. The front portion of the superbike comes equipped with a wide handlebar, twin-LED headlights alongside DRLs. Further, it also features an LED taillamp, chunky alloy wheels and spilt seats.

So what powers the Streetfighter V4 range? It is a Desmosedici Stradale 1103cc four-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that is truly capable of churning out a massive 205HP @ 12,750 RPM and 123Nm of peak torque @ 11,500 RPM. Just for riders’ convenience, it comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with a quickshifter.

Several electronic aids to enhance the overall performance are now a part of the Ducati Streetfighter V4. For starters, it is available with a six-axis IMU technology that consists of wheelie control, traction control, cornering ABS, multiple power and ride modes among others. To toggle through all this, customers will also get a 5-inch coloured TFT display.

To differentiate between the V4 and V4S variant, Ducati has introduced front adjustable forks and monoshock unit sourced by Ohlins on the Streetfighter V4S. Surprisingly, the entry-level variant is available with a Showa fork upfront with a Sachs monoshock setup at the back. Also, the Italian bikemaker has ensured stopping power with twin 330mm discs at the front. Meanwhile, at the rear, there is a single 245mm rear disc.
