Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chandigarh is divided into two wings – Junior wing and Senior wing. In Junior wing, we have classes from pre-primary to V. This school is an English Medium school affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chandigarh was founded on 17 July 1983 by Kulapati K. M. Munshi, a well known Freedom Fighter of India. In the Junior wing, the base of the students is made strong so that they can easily succeed in the higher classes. For any achievement, the base should be strong. The school strictly follows the NCERT pattern and syllabus for studies. The school campus is spread over an area of 2.47 acres with all the latest facilities embedded in it.
ADMISSIONS
The admission in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Chandigarh is open to all boys and girls. The registration form for admission in Pre-primary classes to V is made available in December every year. You can get the admission form from the school campus or from the official website of the school. There are only limited seats available for admission, so admission test can be conducted by the school if necessary. The Principal reserves the right to approve or cancel any admission without any question asked. Note that filling a registration form doesn’t guarantee you the admission.
