The National Testing Agency has announced to extend the deadline for registrations of National Council of Hotel Management Joint Entrance Exam (NCHM-JEE) 2021. Interested candidates can now apply for this exam till 20th June upto 5 PM. Application forms are available on the official website http://nchmjee.nta.nic.in.

NTA has released a public notice regarding the same dated 28 May. According to the notification, the online payment of exam fees can be till 20th June upto 11:50 PM. The window for correction in Application forms will be opened from June 21 and will close on June 30, 2021.

NTA in the official notification mentioned that thay have been constantly receiving requests from the candidates for extension of last date for submission of application forms of the exam. This is because of the challenges faced due to COVID-19 pandemic and disruptions caused by it.

The NTA on its behalf cited that the Agency alongwith the council has made this decision in order to eliminate the hardship caused to candidates during the pandemic and to ensure larger participation of aspirants in the exam without any hassle.

The NCHM JEE exam is conducted every year as the entrance and eligibility test for candidates seeking admission for Bachelor’s degree in hospitality and hotel administration (B.Sc. HHA) in the institutes of hotel management (IHM) affiliated to the National Council of Hotel management and catering technology (NCHM&CT)

Here are the steps to Apply for NCHM JEE 2021;

  1. Visit the official website of NCHM i.e., http://nchmjee.nta.nic.in.
  2. Scroll down and select the option “Fill Registration Form NCHM JEE 2021”
  3. You will be redirected to a new page. Here, Click on “New registration”
  4. Complete the check box and Select the option ‘Click to proceed’
  5. Enter your personal details in the designated fields and complete the registration.
  6. Once registered, fill the application form and upload required documents with your signature.
  7. On the next step, Pay the examination fees by any of the provided methods.
  8. Your application form will be submitted. Save the digital copy of your exam form for future purposes.
