Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn says that he doesn’t understand why people fear to do a multi-starrer film. Currently, Ajay is gearing up for his upcoming Indian action thriller movie titled “Baadshaho“, which features Ajay Devgn, Emraan Hashmi, Esha Gupta, Ileana D’Cruz and Vidyut Jammwal in the lead roles. The movie is based on the story of six badasses set in the emergency period of 1975 when they looted a truck full of gold. The movie is written by Rajat Arora and directed by Milan Luthria.
Actor Ajay Devgn has been part of several multi starrer movies and he wonders why people today fear to sign a multi starrer movie. Ajay says, “I have confidence in my roles. I don’t understand why people fear to do multi-starrer films. Whenever I have done such a film, I have always stood out, be it Company or Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.”
Besides the movie, ‘Baadshaho’ Ajay Devgn is also a part of Rohit Shetty’s upcoming movie titled ‘Golmaal Again‘, which is again a multi starrer film which features Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Tushar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu, Shreyas Talpade and many others. ‘Golmaal Again’ is the fourth instalment of the most loved comedy of Golmaal franchise. The movie is scheduled for a Diwali release this year.
Ajay will also be seen in a movie titled ‘Battle of Sagarhi’, which is an upcoming Hindi film. The movie will be directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. The movie will be based on the battle of Saragarhi, which took place in 1897. The battle was held between the British Indian Army and Afghan Orakzai tribesmen. Talking about the movie, Ajay said that even he is not sure when the movie will release because it is a big project and it will be made on a big scale. Earlier there were reports that Salman Khan will co-produce the movie along with Karan Johar, but recently in an interview, Ajay confirmed by saying that Salman is no longer a part of the project.
