On the work front, Dia was last seen in the web series ‘Kaafir’ directed by Sonam Nair, where she played a PoK girl who accidentally ends up in Indian border and is held prisoner.
Her role and the series was well received and earned her the Best Actor OTT Female Critics at the Gold Awards.
She has also produced the web sitcom ‘Mind the Malhotras’, starring Cyrus Sahukar and Mini Mathur. It is a remake of the Israeli comedy ‘La Famiglia.’
Dia will be next seen in Anubhav Sinha’s ‘Thappad’, co-starring Taapsee Pannu, which will mark her third collaboration with him after ‘Dus’ and ‘Cash.’
