Actress Gauhar Khan always keeps her fans aware of her routine. Being a fitness freak, she posted three videos as a story on her Instagram profile.
In the video, she is seen doing heavy weight lifting to maintain her toned muscles and overall physic.
Captioned as “#noMercy”, the actress is shown sweating and panting during the workout. But that does not stop her from working hard.
On the professional front, Gauhar is currently essaying the role of Riya Pahwa in the web series ‘The Office’. Based on the British TV series of the same name, her character is inspired from Jan Levinson.
She has also appeared in films like ‘Rocket Singh: Salesman of the Year’, ‘Ishaqzaade’, ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Begum Jaan.’ Apart from acting, she has done item songs for films like ‘Aan: Men at Work’, ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai’ and ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum 3.’
She also emerged as the winner of the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’ in its 7th season.
After the exit of Hina Khan from the show recently, it has been reported that Gauhar will be playing the villainous character of Komolika in the television serial, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2’.
