An Indian actor Irrfan Khan says that he is not much bothered by the numbers game in the Bollywood. Irrfan’s recently released romantic comedy movie titled ‘Qarib Qarib Singlle‘ is creating a buzz in the Bollywood town. His last released movie ‘Hindi Medium’, which was directed by Saket Chaudhary and written by Zeenat Lakhani had crossed Rs 100 crore worldwide.
When asked the actor Irrfan that does he started learning the number game in Bollywood? On this National Award-winning actor said that he does not really want to get into this zone. Moreover, he said that he is not Sachin Tendulkar that he would score 100 in a majority of the matches. He believes that as an actor he has done his work sincerely and he thinks that being an actor he should not get into the business part.
However, he clarifies that by saying this he is not pitching anything on anybody and he feels that every individual should follow what suits them better and for him he says that number is just a game and that does really suit him. Irrfan said that before the release of the movie titled ‘Qarib Qarib Singlle’, he felt that there are a certain pressure and anxiety over the movie. The movie which was directed by Tanuja Chandra and the movie features Irrfan Khan and Parvathy in the lead.
Irrfan says that this is not the first time when he is experiencing such thing he usually feels anxious before any of his movie release. However, he says that the good thing is with the span of time the anxiety really becomes shorter. He is very much confident with the story of his movie which he has chosen and he is saying this from his instinct.
Irrfan says that according to him he has taken a lot of time to build up his character of Yogi in his recently released movie. However, he feels that the character of Yogi has been written very well in the movie. But, he believes that he took so much of time to catch the right note of the character. He took a long time to understand well his behavior and that is the one element that makes the character fascinating for him and for all them who all are associated with the movie. Since he is playing the character so he is one who had to understand that first. He has given a lot of his time to the makers of the movie. They sat together for many reading and he took months to make the character of his own so that he can be able to play it convincingly.
The movie ‘Qarib Qarib Singlle’ will show that how the lead pair in the movie is embarking on a contemporary love story in today’s generation of online dating. Irrfan Khan and Parvathy will recognize their love for each other on the trip which unfolds to be a crazy and a desi adventure.
