There is a sense of pride that comes with donning the uniform of our country’s army. Actor, Kangana Ranaut must be feeling this pride as she takes on the role of an Indian Air Force pilot in her next film Tejas. On Friday, filled with pride she shared the poster of the film.
In the poster, Kangana is standing in front of a Tejas Fighter Jet and wearing the Indian Air force Uniform. Sharing the poster on Twitter, she tweeted :

Before sharing this poster on Friday, the actress had even shared the first look of the movie in the month of February.
The actor had talked about how the sacrifices of women officers often go unnoticed and in a statement had said :
“Tejas is a film where I have the honor of playing the role of one such air force pilot that puts country before self. I hope we instill a sense of patriotism and pride in the youth of today with this film.”
A separate report from ‘Pinkvilla’ had informed that the actor’s training had started in July and the film’s schedule got delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The release date of the film was in April 2021, though this might change now because of the delays.
Her next film is Thalivi, where she’ll play the role of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, J Jayalalithaa.
Tejas is being produced by Ronnie Screwvala, while Sarvesh Mewara is directing the film.
An interesting film in Kangana’s pipeline is Aparajitha Ayodhya. Based on the Babri Masjid-Ram Mandir case, the film will see Kangana making her second film as a director. She had earlier debuted as a director with Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi.
