The episode begins with Vikram scheming to get money from Abhi for Diwali party. He asks Abhi for some help, and says that he needs money for work. Abhi makes fun of him, but agrees to lend 1 lakh. Vikram goes downstairs to meet the ladies of the family and it’s revealed that he had a bet with them to make Abhi contribute money without telling him the truth. All of them are shocked and delighted, but Abhi, who’s watching them from above, shouts that he knew about the Diwali party, but he’s not going to withdraw and they can keep the money for the celebrations.
In the other house, Prachi comes back from work, Pragya distributes gifts to her family. They are all very happy. Rhea forces Abhi to invite Pragya and her family to their Diwali party. Pragya receives their call, and is undecided if they’ll be able to visit because of prior engagements at their home, but Rhea convinces her to come after finishing their pooja.
She also ask for Prachi, who first declines but then accepts the invitation after Abhi personally talks to her on the phone. Shahana has a fight with Aryan about Prachi and Ranbir’s argument, and defends her sister.
Rhea meets Sanju and tells him to dress in a proper manner, because Prachi is going to visit her house at the Diwali party and he will have a chance to see her.
