One of the most versatile actors of Bollywood, Nawazuddin Siddiqui never ceases to amaze the audience by his performance. Be it his role as an antagonist in Salman Khan‘s ‘Kick‘ or a friendly news reporter Chand Nawab in the same actor’s ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’. This time he is creating the buzz in Bollywood alley because of his looks in the biopic of Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray.
Filmfare shared a short video on its Instagram featuring Nawazuddin in the get up of Thackeray, coming out of the airport surrounded by media and supporters.

The actor looks so much like the politician that it is nearly impossible to recognize him from a distance. A few days ago the filmmakers revealed Nawazuddin’s first look which increased the excitements among the fans.
Siddiqui started his a career with a cameo role in ‘Sarfarosh’ in 1999. After struggling for several years, he finally bagged a role in Prashant Bhargava’s ‘Patang: The Kite’. It was premiered at the Berlin International Film Festival and the Tribeca Film Festival, which earned him a lot of appreciation from critics. It was the kick-start of his career and since then there is no turning back for Nawazuddin.
The film ‘Thackeray’ is directed by Abhijit Panse and written by Shiv Sena politician Sanjay Raut. It is scheduled to be released on the 93rd birthday of Bal Thackeray, that is 23 January 2019.
