Parineeta Borthakur is a television actress from Assam. Parineeta made her acting debut with the Assamese movie “Nayak” and for that, she won the best debut actress in the lead role. Later, she appeared in the Indian serials titled “Pritam Pyare Aur Woh”, where she played the role of Gogi. She has even appeared in the Bollywood movies like Force, Chalo Dilli, and Kurbaan. She is always into singing, even she has recorded successful video albums. She rose the popularity from her show “Swaragini”, where she played the role of Sharmishtha Shekhar Gadodia.
Recently, she has praised her sister Plabita Borthakur for living her dreams by starring in a movie “Lipstick Under My Burkha” Parineeta said, “Extremely happy with the success of the film. I saw the movie during MAMI festival and everyone gave a standing ovation there. I am proud of my sister. I feel she’s done really well as a newcomer,” Moreover she added, “I always loved off-beat films and thought I wasn’t lucky enough to get such roles, I am happy my sister is fulfilling my dreams.”
