Sameera expressed her joy of giving birth to a girl child. She also raised a question on how earlier the girl child was considered a burden and how still some urban families want their first child to be a boy. Later, Sameera claimed being one of the three girls in the family that they has achieved more than any boy could have. We couldn’t agree more.

Sameera wrote, “To have a lil girl is such joy! ???????? Can’t even understand how In our country the girl child was considered a burden ‼️ I say ‘was’ because I hope that mindset has really changed . I still hear how in big urban families they prefer the firstborn to be a boy???? but i can tell you as one of three girls in my family we have achieved more than any boy could have! #girlpower #equal #girlchild #proud #babygirl #india #momlife.”

Well, more power to Sameera to speak up on such a sensitive issue and raise awareness on her part.
