Actress Sargun Mehta has made a name for herself in the television industry as well as in the Punjabi film industry.
She recently shared a poster on her Instagram profile, from her upcoming Punjabi film ‘Jhalle’, telling her fans that the trailer will be out soon.
The poster features Sargun and her co-star Binnu Dhillion, talking to each other while cheerfully laughing.

‘Jhalle’ is written and directed by Amarjit Singh Dhillion and is produced by Sargun Mehta, Binnu Dhillion and Munish Walia.
The teaser of the film was released recently and has been well received.
It follows the story of two characters who are suffering from similar kind of psychological disorder.
The film marks the second collaboration between Sargun and Binnu Dhillion after the romantic comedy ‘Kala Shah Kala’, which released earlier this year.
Sargun last release was the drama flick ‘Surkhi Bindi’, directed by Jagdeep Sidhu and co-starring Gurnam Bhullar. It met with positive reviews and was a box-office success.
She had made her acting debut in 2009 with the serial ’12/24 Karol Bagh’ and later acted in ‘Apno Ke Liye Geeta Ka Dharmayudh.’
Her breakthrough role was in ‘Phulwa’ where she played the role of a dacoit, inspired by the life of Phulan Devi.
She has also acted in serials like ‘Hum Ne Li Hai…Shapath’, ‘Teri Meri Love Stories’, ‘Kya Huaa Tera Vaada’ and ‘Jamai Raja.’
Sargun had made her Punjabi film debut in 2015 with Simerjit Singh’s period romance ‘Angrej’, for which she earned the PTC Punjabi Film Awards for Best Actress.
‘Jhalley’ is slated to release on 15 November.
