The upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai begins as Kairav and Laksh catch Kartik and Naira while they’re romancing. Suhasini tells about her doubts and worries regarding Naira and Kartik’s wedding to Manish. Kairav takes Kartik, Naira, Laksh and Gayo to eat ice cream. Pallavi phones Kartik and tells him that Akshat has gotten out of the prison and is going to Vedika’s home. He’s going to hurt Vedika so much, she will be unable to recognize herself. Kartik and Naira go to Vedika’s home. She tells them to go home because she’s not afraid of Akshat anymore. Kartik and Naira won’t leave her.
A little later, Kartik and Naira come back home and announce that Vedika is going to stay with them because they don’t an option. Manish objects, but Kartik says Vedika’s safety is the most important thing for them.
Vedika is very hesitant in staying at Naira’s home. She wants to go back. Naira tells Vedika she’s been in her place, but she can’t run from the reality so its better to just face the situation.
Next day, Kairav doesn’t want to go school because of the Sangeet ceremony but Naira tells him its at night so he can still go and study. Vedika comes down for breakfast, and eats a burnt toast.
At his home, Kartik begins to fantasize his married life with Naira.
