The 4 week celebration will definitely bring the best of Mexican cuisines with a Californian twist. The mouth- watering menu caters to every taste bud with the authentic Californian style CPK Nachos, Tapas platter that you can create one by choosing a base, topping, sauce and garnish, from the live station. The wide variety pizza includes Tijuana Chicken Pizza made of Albuquerque Sauce on a thin crust with Mozzarella, Grilled Onions, Shredded Chicken & Sliced Jalapenos in the style of Tijuana; Serrano Cotija Pizza Marinated Baja Cottage Cheese on regular crust, with Mozzarella, Roasted Corn & Mushrooms, garnished with Lime Cream & Scallions.

The signature cuisines are Baja Fish in Banana Leaf baked in the hearth oven and California Styled Burrito Wrap stuffed with California rice, Refried Black Bean sauce, Cheddar cheese and Shredded Lettuce, drizzled with Sour Cream. Apple Enchiladas and Coconut Lime Tres Leches Cake are some of the best desserts to try on. Sombrero hats are specially designed for this occasion.
