Ranga Shankara is known to host the most renowned, national and international plays, mainly showcasing the problems of the people and the society. The newly elected “Modi Sarkar” is already into action and is trying to fulfil the promises that it claimed during the elections. Indians have lot of expectations from the newly elected Prime Minister and the other elected BJP members across the country.

The Karnataka Government has already initiated various developmental projects in different sectors, to give the best to the State and prove its worthiness. The play Magadi Days at Ranga Shankara revolves round the plot of new Karnataka Government. The newly elected Chief Minister is highly educated and is a former IT employee. He uses the power to bring in transparency in the way government functions and hence orders all his ministers to update their status of work in Facebook, twitter and other social media network. The bureaucratic section of the government is not satisfied with this new rule or policy and plots a plan to bring down this rule, and what happens next is the crux of the play Magadi days. Caught in between this battle of political section and the bureaucratic section are two other characters ‘Ibu’ and ‘lakkawwa’ who hails from Magadi. Watch the play, to find out what happens next.
