Asus has launched Asus ExpertBook B9 2021 in India. The premium laptop was first unveiled in January. It comes with an 11th-Gen Intel Core processor with a sleek design and military-grade build quality.
It features an IR-enabled webcam for Windows Hello functions and a fingerprint scanner too. The laptop is meant for business professionals and comes with features that make things easier while working from home.

Asus Expertbook B9 is powered by an 11th-Generation Intel Tiger Lake processor- Intel Core i5-1135G7 and Intel Core i7-1165G7, coupled with Intel Xe graphics. It is Intel Evo certified for portability and performance. The processor is backed by up to 16GB LPDDR4 RAM and dual M.2 NVMe PCI 3.0 with up to 2TB capacity for storage. The users can get even faster performance from RAID 0 and RAID 1 in SSDs. The laptop is offered with Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Home.
Coming to the display, the laptop comes with a 14-inch Full-HD IPS LED-backlit display with 1,920×1,080 pixels resolution and a 16:9 aspect ratio. It has a peak brightness of 400 nits, 100-percent sRGB coverage, and thin bezels on the edges.
The laptop packs a 66Wh Li-Polymer battery with 65W fast-charging via a USB Type-C port. The battery can deliver a full-day standby on a single full charge. It can go up to 60-percent in 49 minutes of fast charging.
ExpertBook B9 also features an IR-enabled webcam for fast logins, in addition to a fingerprint scanner. Further, the laptop has an LED-backlit keyboard with Asus NumberPad 2.0 that turns into a touchpad, when not in use. The laptop is MIL-STD 810H certified that enables it to function in extreme military grade conditions.
Furthermore, it ships with Amazon Alexa integration, which includes an in-built light that turns on while having conversations with the virtual assistant. It weighs 1.005kg and has 14.9mm of thickness.
For connectivity, the laptop has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5. Input/output ports include two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, HDMI port, and a 3.5mm audio & microphone combo jack. It also comes with 260-degrees far-field microphones with AI(Artificial Intelligence) noise cancellation and Harman Kardon-tuned speakers.

Asus ExpertBook B9 is priced at Rs. 1,15,498 and will be up for grabs in the coming days. It will be sold via Asus exclusive stores and partnered retail shops.
