In a much anticipated business combination, the SPAC Landcadia Holdings II has acquired Golden Nugget Online Gaming.
The Landcadia Holdings II is Special Purchase Acquisition Company (SPAC) which has approved its merger with Golden Nugget, a private company, which is an online gaming and digital sports entertainment company.
The said business merger as been done to take Golden Nugget public changing Landcadia’s name to Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc.
The company would begin operations under the ticker name GNOG and trade on the Nasdaq.
