MGM China Holdings Ltd. and Melco Resorts & Entertainment have joined SJM in paying bonuses to their employees.
While MGM China would be paying a discretionary bonus to eligible non-management staff and Melco Resorts would be paying one-month bonus to non-management employees.
MGM China would be paying a month’s salary worth payment to 90% of its employees in two parts. One installment would be paid before Chinese New Year and one after it.
Pansy Ho Chiu-King, executive director of MGM China, said: “We thank our team members from the bottom of our hearts for staying united, as well as being loyal in order to contribute their best to the company.”
As per Gambling Insider, Melco Resorts & Entertainment’s Chairman and CEO Lawrence Ho said: “We are pleased to announce a non-recurring discretionary bonus to recognize the hard work, loyalty and dedication of our eligible non-management colleagues ahead of the Chinese New Year.”
Both the operators have joined Sociedade de Jogos de Macau SA (SJM) casino operator which was one of the first operator to pay bonus to its employees.
