Russia’s Shambala casino, released certain figures from its end. It stated that during the 2.5 months of operations until the end of the year, nearly 550 customers visited daily, on an average.
Shambala is the second casino in Primorye’s gaming zone because it has easy access and connectivity to other South Asian gaming countries.
Further, the average sum spent per game in 2020 was RUB8,439 ($116).
Stating about the demography of the visitors, it stated that men made up 58% of visitors, with the remaining 42% being women.
As per Gambling Insider, Maxim Smolentzev, owner of Shambala NJSC said: “Earlier in Russia, women visited gambling casinos much less often than men. Now the situation is seriously changing. Girls come to the casino not only to play but also to have a good time in a restaurant or watch a show on the casino stage.”
“We are interested in both couples and families, including those whose plans do not include play. The sooner the casino ceases to be a closed male elite club in the eyes of consumers, the better.”
