After months of yes, no and maybe with Aam Aadmi party over possible Alliance, the Indian National Congress has decided to finalize the names of its Candidates in Haryana and Delhi for Lok Sabha Polls 2019, said party sources. The decision is seen as the party is no more standing with AAP and don’t want to explore possibilities now.

Sources familiar with the development claimed that party Central Election Committee is likely to meet this afternoon and announcement of all 17 seats of both Delhi and Haryana is possible.

Party Insiders claimed the Congress don’t want to go with AAP after the Delhi ruling party said no to Congress demand for three seats in national capital out of the seven parliamentary seats.

The Leaders in the Congress also don’t want to give any seat to AAP in Haryana and Punjab, the same reason that forced AAP not to drag alliance talks more.

While party Central Election Committee that slated to meet today is likely to discuss on the possible candidates on all seven seats of the national capital. The name of Former Union Minister Kapil Sibal is likely to be in the list along with DPCC Former Chief Ajay Maken. Party likely to pitch Sibal from Chandni Chowk parliamentary seat.

While Other that are likely to make it to the list include, Sandeep Dikshit, JP Agrawal and Ramesh Kumar. Dixit had in past represented Delhi East Constituency.  While Former DPCC Chief Arvinder Singh Lovely is also among the frontrunners for a ticket.

Earlier on Tuesday, AAP MP and Leader Sanjay Singh announced that routes to the Congress-AAP alliance have been shut down. Slamming the Congress, Singh said the Congress party don’t want to go with AAP and wants to benefit BJP.

Earlier the Congress has formally declined to forge an alliance with AAP in the National Capital that follows sharp attack from AAP Leaders claiming Congress wants BJP to win in Delhi.

However, the Congress party was in under pressure from Sharad Pawar and TMC Supremo Mamata Banerjee to forge an alliance to avoid division of votes in the national capital.

AAP in a run-up to the mega polls 2019 has already announced candidates on all seven seats of Delhi and two Candidates in Punjab also.
