India’s team enters the semi-finals of the Asian Games after beating Nepal.
On one hand, the Indian team is all set to host and start the matches of the World Cup.
The World Cup is going to start on October 5, and after 12 years, India will be hosting the World Cup.
The other team, led by Ruturaj Gaikwad, is sent to the Asian Games.
A team led by a youngster, which contains young players, is all set to take over the gold medal.
The women’s team already won the gold medal in women’s cricket.
India were directly sent to the quarterfinals with their higher ranking.

India was all set to face Nepal in the quarterfinals of the Asian Games.
Ruturaj won the toss and elected to bat first.
India Innings
Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ruturaj Gaikwad opened the innings for India.
They both gave a great start to their team, as they were playing great.
Yashasvi was playing great shots and hitting boundaries across the ground as he soon completed his half-century.
Going on, Ruturaj lost his wicket to Airee, and soon even Tilak lost his wicket.
India got three quick breakthroughs as Yashasvi kept on going.
He soon completed his century, as, by the outstanding hundred, India had reached a total of 202/4.
Nepal Innings
Kushal Bhurtel and Aasif Sheikh opened the Innings for Nepal.
They were both going well and hitting boundaries when Avesh Khan took the wicket of Aasif.
Kushal and Kushal Malla handled the situation as they formed a short, effective inning.
Sai Kishore broke their partnership as he took the wicket of Kushal Bhurtel.
The top order of the Nepal team was looking good as they were playing short and valuable knocks.
Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi came in and handled the situation as they started to give frequent breakthroughs.
With their quick and important breakthroughs, India won the match by 23 runs.
Avesh Khan and Ravi Bishnoi took three wickets each, and Arshdeep Singh took two wickets.
India will play the semi-final on the 6th of October the opponent will be decided according to the remaining Quarterfinals.
