It’s that time of the year now as the nominees for the Best FIFA Men’s Player of the year has been announced by FIFA.
It is expected that the ceremony would be held and taken place on 17th of December. Keeping in mind that there are a couple of men from Barcelona involved in the nominee’s list.
The captain and the leader of Barcelona, Lionel Messi has been shortlisted among the top 11 players. One of which will be crowned the best player of the year.
On the other hand, Ter Stegen has been nominated for the Best Goal Keeper award.
Luis Suarez who has left Barcelona for Atletico Madrid has also been nominated for the Puskar Award for the back heel goal he scored against Mallorca while a player for Barcelona.
Talking about the Female side of Barcelona it is Jennifer Hermoso and Caroline Graham Hansen who have been nominated for the Best FIFA Women’s Player. The coach Lluis Cortes also made way into the nominees for the Best FIFA Women’s Coach.
